In 2016, I was solely responsible for the design, theme, and branding of a winter conference. I drew inspiration from the infamous Banksy, using his unique style creating artwork and designs that were both visually appealing and reflective of the company's values and community. I worked hard to ensure that the conference was a success, and my efforts paid off. The conference was a huge success, with attendees and my team praising the artwork, design and delivery. I was proud to have been able to contribute to the success of the event.

I was very grateful for the opportunity to showcase my creative skills. I was also pleased to have been able to create something that was both aesthetically pleasing and meaningful to the company and its values. The conference was a great success, and because of this - my probation period was cut short from 6 months to 3!.
